Shipping Information
When We Ship
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday and typically ship within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. Once shipped, delivery times are out of our control, but we always do our part to dispatch orders quickly.
We use USPS for most deliveries, with estimated arrival between 2–6 business days depending on your location. Please note that delays may occur due to high shipping volumes or external factors beyond our control.
Sustainable Packaging
At Naturalista, we ship with purpose. All orders are packaged using recyclable and compostable materials like kraft paper, cardboard, dissolvable packing peanuts, and water-activated paper tape. Beautifully minimal — and environmentally mindful.
Returns & Exchanges
Naturalista does not accept returns or exchanges. The U.S. alone generates over 4 billion pounds of landfill waste from returns each year. We’re committed to reducing that impact. That said, if you experience an issue with your order, we’re here to support you. If something went wrong please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo, if applicable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. Naturalista is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed. We recommend choosing a secure delivery address at checkout.
